10% Non-Refundable Deposits
For accommodation bookings, you will be required to pay a 10% non-refundable deposit (10% of the booking total) which we collect as an agent and on behalf of the relevant accommodation provider. The accommodation provider will deduct the amount of the deposit collected by Nomads from the total charge for the booking and you will pay the balance directly to the accommodation provider on arrival. All non-accommodation sales i.e. tours, packages and add-on tour bookings must be paid in full at the time of booking.
Changes and cancellations: Changes can be made up to 24 hours prior to the confirmed arrival, subject to availability. Bookings cancelled at any time and up to 24 hours prior to the confirmed arrival will result in the loss of the deposit (10% of booking total). Bookings cancelled within 24 hours of arrival and no-shows will incur a 1-night penalty charged to your credit card.
Refer to your booking confirmation for non-accommodation bookings (tours and packages) cancellation policy. Contact the accommodation provider directly to make changes or to cancel your booking using contact details provided on your booking confirmation.
